The spacious dining table comfortably seats 10, offering stunning views of the lake. Its convenient position near the open-plan kitchen allows you to stay connected with your guests while effortlessly preparing and serving your feast.

The kitchen at the Swan Lake House is thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for effortless cooking and dining, all while taking in the serene views of the lake, including:

OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT & WATER ACTIVITIES
Fire up the BBQ and relax on the sun deck, surrounded by breathtaking views. Enjoy direct access to the lake via a shared pontoon and your own mooring, perfect for paddle boarding, kayaking, or simply soaking up the tranquility.
(To note the owners are considering adding a Jacuzzi for 2025. If this is added and you do book, if it will be available we will ask if you would like to have use prior to your stay. This will be chargeable at the standard Jacuzzi rates for Airbnb).
Upstairs
The Master bedroom features a brand new 6 foot double bed for 2025, a large built in wardrobe with lots of storage space and two stunning ornate chinese style drawers. A hairdryer is also provided and a fold up office table is available to make a peaceful work space.
This bedroom has stunning elevated views across the lake and a luxurious en-suite with shower and steam facility.
Bedroom 2: Ground Floor Double with additional storage, free standing mirror and side drawers.
Bedroom 3 + M: Double Bedroom with Mezzanine: Double Bedroom with (Double) bed and stunning outlook to the lake, Mezzanine: Features a charming ship-style ladder leading to a cozy loft to Bedroom 4 with twin beds ideal for older children or teenagers. (Who you don't mind sharing a connected space with!)
Bedroom 4: Fitted with a Double Bed, can be made up as a Twin on request. Furnished for comfort and relaxation with built in wardrobe space and views across to Spring Lake.
Bathrooms: The property features 3 stunning bathrooms, the ground floor bathroom benefits from a walk in shower as does the first floor en-suite with the added benefit of a steam function, while the master bathroom features a bath with shower.
On Site Facilities
Anyone for Tennis?
Challenge friends or family to a game on the two well-maintained tennis courts located within the gated community. (Free rackets & balls provided).
Parking
There is on site parking directly in front of the property for two cars and the environment is great for gentle walks and is very safe for little people on bikes or push scooters.
To Note
The Swan Lake House is a no smoking property and we are unable to accept bookings for wild Hen/Stag parties due to site rules. (Sophiticated hen gatherings considered). Also no commercial vehicles, trailers, horse boxes or camping vans are permitted on site.
Good News For Pets: We love dogs and take up to 2 'well behaved' dogs per booking.
